Charlie holds a National Diploma in Human Resources (Tshwane University of Technology), a Labour Relations Management Specialist Certificate (IPM), Leading Change Programme (University of Michigan Business School), Management Development Programme (University of Pretoria) and Thabo Mbeki African Leadership Programmes offered through UNISA.  Charlie’s career started at CSIR and thereafter, he worked at the Office of the Auditor General SA, the Integrated Labour Solutions Pty and as Human Resources & Development Manager at the African Bank Limited.

Charlie has founded and served as HR  and Training Consultant AND A Motivational Speaker of note at  IYANI CONSULTING AND PROJECTS,  National Director of the MIBF, Senior Vice President of The International Third Word Leaders Association, Board Member of The Myles & Ruth Munroe Foundation, and CEO of Myles Munroe International – Africa.  Director of The Texas Women Empowerment Foundation

In his role as speaker, organizer and consultant, Charlie has travelled to over 30 countries around the world.  Charlie has been mentored by Dr. Myles Munroe, world renowned leader, motivational speaker and corporate trainer and government consultant.

Makhosi is analytical, results oriented with proven success in managing high net worth clients. She has worked for different professional companies as a Senior Accountant and Accounts Receivables has gained more knowledge in professional client assistance.

She works closely with the Director of Iyani Consulting & Projects and together they have completed all projects successfully for the past 5 Years.

Hulisani is an accountant responsible for for Preparation of commitment registers, WIP, Verification of expenses, intangible assets, bulk Purchases and verification of awarded tenders for compliance. He also worked for the South African State Theatre as a junior accountant for from September 2016 to December 2017 before joining Iyani. His current duties include capturing invoices to recover VAT and ensuring invoice compliance with legislation and policies, payroll and administration duties.

Livhuwani is a very self-motivated and hardworking Accountant has been working for Iyani Consulting & Projects  since July 2016 in some of our projects and is responsible for Fixed Assets Verification, Bookeeping, Reconciliation Of Fixed Asset Register, Administrative Procedures, Tender Briefing Representatives, Report Writing, Ensuring invoice compliance with legislation and policies, Stock counts, Assisting in the preparation of the client’s audit files, Capturing payment vouchers to the financial system.
